In the direct selling of tape manufacturers, a very important product type is the sealing tape. Its whole sealing device is controlled by the sealing cylinder to move back and forth with the direction of the carton. When it is close to the carton, the sealing tape sticks to the carton for sealing, and the tape pressing wheel presses the tape to stabilize the carton board.

One key point of design is the blade. After sealing the carton, the tape needs to be cut off. In this process, the force of the blade on the tape should be moderate to prevent the blade from tearing the tape. Another key point is that for the design of the blade position, the blade can cut off the sealing tape from the sticky side or the smooth side of the tape. If it is cut off from the sticky side, the tape needs to be placed at a part at the lower end of the tape clamp. Considering that the tape may be paid on the blade, the blade is placed on the upper clamp of the tape clamp.

If it is placed at the bottom of the upper clamp, the cutting of the sealing tape mainly depends on the pressing force of the pressing wheel and the tightness of the tape, and the effect is not very obvious.
